Your Responsibilities: * Build strong, lasting relationships with your customers, fostering trust and creating long-term partnerships. * Work closely with leadership to help define and drive the company's growth strategy. * Represent EcoShield Exteriors in the community as you sell. * Partner with sales team to ensure seamless alignment between business development initiatives and project execution. * Generate leads through personal marketing efforts, in alignment with the company's marketing strategies. * Meet with homeowners to inspect roofs and properties, assessing the extent of damage and determining the necessary repairs. * Conducting door-to-door outreach and engaging with homeowners to introduce services. * Scheduling appointments for roof inspections and service offerings. * Acquiring skills to successfully close deals and cultivate long-term customer relationships. * Demonstrating a strong work ethic and commitment to delivering results without shortcuts. What You 'll Need: * Personal vehicle for transportation. * Valid driver's license. * Ability to walk, stand, and work on uneven or sloped roofs for extended durations. * Physically capable of bending, kneeling, and climbing ladders as required. * Comfortable working in diverse weather conditions, including heat, cold, and wind.
