Compensation

• Base + uncapped commissions - paid check by check.
• First Year - $80k - $120k
• Second Year - $100k - $200k

Responsibilities

:

• Build strong, lasting relationships with your customers, fostering trust and creating long-term partnerships.
• Work closely with leadership to help define and drive the company's growth strategy.
• Represent EcoShield Exteriors in the community as you sell.
• Partner with sales team to ensure seamless alignment between business development initiatives and project execution.
• Generate leads through personal marketing efforts, in alignment with the company's marketing strategies.
• Meet with homeowners to inspect roofs and properties, assessing the extent of damage and determining the necessary repairs.
• Conducting door-to-door outreach and engaging with homeowners to introduce services.
• Scheduling appointments for roof inspections and service offerings.
• Acquiring skills to successfully close deals and cultivate long-term customer relationships.
• Demonstrating a strong work ethic and commitment to delivering results without shortcuts. What You 'll Need:
• Personal vehicle for transportation.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to walk, stand, and work on uneven or sloped roofs for extended durations.
• Physically capable of bending, kneeling, and climbing ladders as required.
• Comfortable working in diverse weather conditions, including heat, cold, and wind. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $75,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year Shift:
