XTEND, is on a mission to increase the combat effectiveness and lethality of the warfighter by developing human guided autonomous multi-robot missions. We revolutionize military operations and ensure the safety of fighters through advanced technology. We are seeking a highly motivated and results oriented Sales Director to lead our growth in the US Department of Defense (DoD) market. Responsibilities: * Identify and pursue new opportunities in the US DoD * Generating weekly new qualified leads * Work with new and existing clients to build a pipeline and secure new sales opportunities * Provide capture and Price to Win guidance to the BD team * Draft proposals and solicitations * Provides accurate sales forecasts and reports * Provides market feedback to the management team to optimize sales strategy and positioning Requirements: * Minimum of 10 years of sales experience in the US DoD market, including Capture, and Price to Win, and business development, * Ability to write proposals and statements of work * Bachelor's Degree - Must. MBA or equivalent - Advantage * Proven track record of overachieving quotas or equivalent measure metrics * Experienced in working in hardware and product companies, UAS a plus. * Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills * Proficiency in CRM software * US military service a plus * Travel up to 75% * Ability to obtain Security Clearance * Located in Tampa area - on site
