Ron's Toy Shop: A Family Tradition of Exceptional Service Ron's Toy Shop, a family-owned business for over 30 years, is seeking an enthusiastic Inside Sales Representative to join our growing trailer department. We are committed to providing excellent customer service and a positive work environment. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will: * Handle inbound leads and build relationships with customers nationwide. * Qualify leads, schedule appointments, and provide product information. * Close sales and achieve revenue goals. * Provide exceptional customer service and support. Qualifications: * Mechanical knowledge including basic repairs, electrical, wiring, hitches, towing, tires, truck and trailer accessories etc. * Proven track record in sales, with a focus on customer satisfaction. * Excellent communication and negotiation skills. * Strong understanding of the sales process and ability to work independently. * Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively. * Experience in the trailer industry is preferred but not required. * Forklift and tractor experience is a plus. Responsibilities: * Generate and manage complex product quotations. * Qualify leads and close sales. * Provide expert product knowledge and recommendations. * Manage trailer shipments and inventory. * Maintain accurate records of trailer inventory and ensure that all units are properly displayed and prepared for sale. * Ensure a safe and positive work environment. * Source new sales opportunities. * Understand and anticipate customer needs. * Achieve daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales goals. * Provide excellent customer service and support. * Upsell options to customers. * Resolve customer complaints and inquiries promptly. * Build rapport with customers through effective communication. Requirements: * 3+ years of sales experience preferred. * Knowledge of trailer design and construction. * Ability to drive a forklift and tractor. * Mechanical knowledge * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Proficient in computer software. * Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively. * Strong organizational and business communication skills. * Valid driver's license.
