Associate Account Executive Print Sales (Direct Mail, Large Format, Offset & Digital, Branded Merchandise) Are you an enthusiastic and motivated sales professional with a passion for finding new business opportunities and building lasting client relationships? At HKM, were looking for an Associate Account Executive to join our team and help grow our existing accounts while learning the ins and outs of the print and fulfillment industry. If you have 1-3 years of sales experience in fields like office equipment, document management, insurance, tech/software, or business/financial services, we want to hear from you! What Youll Be Doing: Developing New Business Identify and pursue new business opportunities within our full suite of services, including direct mail, large format printing, offset/digital printing, fulfillment, branded merchandise, and more. Growing Existing Accounts Assist in nurturing and expanding relationships with current clients by understanding their evolving needs and offering new solutions. Managing Sales Opportunities Take ownership of your sales pipeline, from prospecting to closing, and effectively manage opportunities as they progress through the sales process. Building Client Relationships Establish and maintain strong, trusting relationships with clients by actively listening to their needs and providing tailored solutions. Learning and Growing Develop your knowledge of the print and branded merchandise industry while receiving mentorship from senior team members. Collaborating with Internal Teams Work closely with our operations and support teams to deliver successful projects, ensuring client satisfaction and smooth execution. Problem Solving Address client challenges with creative solutions that help them achieve their goals and improve their business outcomes. What Will Set You Up for Success: Sales Experience 1-3 years in a sales role in office equipment, document management, insurance, tech/software, business/financial services or similar business to business model. Clear Communication Ability to convey ideas simply and persuasively, both written and verbal.
