Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Insurance Agent to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities * Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their insurance needs. * Communicate effectively with clients to explain policy options and benefits. * Analyze client information and recommend appropriate insurance products. * Conduct telemarketing efforts to generate new business leads. * Engage in outside sales activities, including client meetings and presentations. * Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. * Negotiate terms of insurance policies with clients while ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations. * Assist clients with benefits administration and policy renewals. * Stay updated on industry trends, products, and regulations to provide informed advice. Experience * Previous experience in telemarketing, retail sales, or outside sales is preferred. * Strong customer service background with a focus on client satisfaction. * Ability to communicate complex information clearly and concisely. * Experience in negotiating contracts or agreements is a plus. * Familiarity with benefits administration is advantageous. * Multilingual skills are highly desirable, enhancing communication with diverse clients.
