HART Health is expanding! If you're a driven sales and service professional looking to manage your own route and build long-term customer relationships, we want you on our team! As a premier distributor of Occupational, Recreational, Sports, and Employee Health Care Products, HART Health is expanding and looking for driven individuals to join our team as Route Sales and Service Representatives in the Pacific Northwest. Duties * Drive assigned routes to deliver products to customers in a timely manner. * Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through excellent service and communication. * Sell products directly to customers while identifying their needs and providing tailored solutions. * Manage inventory on the vehicle, ensuring that products are stocked appropriately for each route. * Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records of sales and deliveries. * Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction. * Utilize organizational skills to plan daily routes efficiently, maximizing productivity. Experience * Previous experience in customer service or sales is highly desirable. * Familiarity with route driving and logistics is a plus. * Strong mathematical skills for handling transactions and inventory management. * Ability to communicate effectively with diverse customers and team members. * Proven organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. * Willingness to perform heavy lifting as part of daily responsibilities. * A background in the military is appreciated but not required; however, discipline and commitment are valued traits.
