Do you have experience in HVAC Sales? Are you an HVAC technician looking to stay in HVAC, just not in a mechanical service capacity? Do you enjoy interacting with clients? If so, partnering with us as a Parts Sales Representative is the perfect opportunity for you! PURPOSE: This hybrid role includes both inside and outside sales responsibilities, focused on building relationships with customers and promoting HVAC parts and equipment while increasing/maintaining customers' business investment. Duties

:

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in-person at the branch, providing accurate information on HVAC parts and equipment.
• Process customer orders, ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment.
• Maintain an organized and updated customer database, keeping track of orders, quotations, and customer preferences.
• Provide quotes and follow up on pending orders and leads to close sales.
• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing concerns and offering solutions. Outside Sales

Duties

:

• Prospect and develop new business opportunities by identifying potential customers within the region.
• Conduct in-person visits to customer sites, contractors, and distributors to promote HVAC parts and develop long-term relationships.
• Negotiate pricing and terms with customers to close sales and achieve sales targets.
• Attend industry trade shows, conferences, and events to expand professional networks and stay informed of industry trends.
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations to new and existing customers, highlighting product benefits and features. BENEFITS:

• 3+ years of Sales Experience
• Knowledge of HVAC parts, equipment, and systems
• Knowledge of industry bidding processes
• Strong ability to problem solve
• HVAC experience in a service technician role is welcome
• Willingness to help at other offices/locations
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with customers and build lasting relationships.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
