We're seeking a driven and results-oriented Project Manager to join our door-to-door sales team. Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to join our team. This individual will be responsible for managing and growing sales in their designated territory, driving revenue growth and fostering strong customer relationships. As a Project Manager, you'll be responsible for engaging with homeowners, and selling roofing services door-to-door. Your goal will be to meet and exceed sales targets, build strong customer relationships, and represent our brand with professionalism and integrity. This position is a commission based position. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manage and develop a designated territory to achieve sales goals and objectives. 2. Conduct door-to-door sales activities, interacting with homeowners and prospective customers. 3. Identify and qualify sales opportunities, presenting solutions and closing deals. 4. Build and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty. 5. Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and performance metrics. 6. Develop and maintain knowledge of products/services, industry trends, and competitor activity. 7. Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations) to ensure alignment and support. 8. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales performance. 9. Continuously improve sales skills and product knowledge through training and feedback. 10. Adhere to company policies, procedures, and ethical standards. Utilize cold calling and other sales techniques to identify and pursue new business opportunities Other Responsibilities: * Identify and negotiate mutually beneficial pricing and contracts with customers * Leverage Salesforce to track sales performance, manage customer interactions, and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling * Analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement, adjusting sales strategies accordingly * Travel to customer sites, as needed, to provide product demonstrations and technical support Schedule: * Day shift * Evenings as needed * Evening shift * Morning shift * Weekends as needed * Preferred Requirements: * 1. Door-to-door sales experience (or similar face-to-face sales experience) * 2. Proven sales track record, meeting or exceeding targets. * 3. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. * 4. Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision. * 5. Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills. * 6. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. * 7. High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred. * Preferred Qualifications: 1. Experience in sales. 2. Sales training or certifications (e.g., Dale Carnegie, SalesForce). 3.
