About Us

We specialize in developing and implementing IT solutions for the food and hospitality industry. Currently, we are launching a power bank rental project in the USA and are looking for a Sales Team Lead to manage our Brooklyn operations.

About the Role

: You'll be responsible for hiring, training, and leading a team that installs product stations at local businesses. You'll visit various local establishments to introduce our company and secure agreements to host our hardware stations at their locations. You'll play a key role in expanding our network by building strong relationships with business owners and decision-makers. This is a hands-on role that requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and a proactive approach to hitting monthly performance targets. Position Details

• Base: $3,000/month (W2)
• KPI : Up to $7,000/month (1099)
• Total Potential

Compensation

: $3,000 - $10,000/month

• Employment Type: Combination of W2 ($3,000) and 1099 (remainder)
• Working Hours: 10:00am - 7:00pm (EDT)

Key Responsibilities

• Recruit, train, and manage a team of 5 Installation Managers in Brooklyn.
• Oversee team performance and station installations.
• Ensure station installation goals are met each month.
• Handle direct sales and maintain personal performance goals.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in a similar role.
• Ability to work independently and meet performance targets.
• Experience in team management and sales.
• Familiarity with Bitrix24 is a plus.
• Must be based in or able to travel to Brooklyn daily. Additional Info: Training & Start Location:
