Overview We are looking for a dedicated Commercial Insurance Account Manager to join our team. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing a portfolio of commercial insurance accounts, ensuring excellent client service and retention. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a deep understanding of commercial insurance products and services. Responsibilities * Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and insurance carriers * Manage a portfolio of commercial insurance accounts, including identifying their unique needs and offering tailored solutions * Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for account growth and retention * Prepare and present insurance proposals and renewals to clients * Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices * Effectively utilize AMS 360 (AM) to manage client data and account information Qualifications * Proven experience as an Account Manager in the commercial insurance industry * In-depth knowledge of commercial insurance products, including policies and coverage options * Familiarity with AMS 360 (AM) or similar insurance management systems * Excellent communication and negotiation skills * Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask * Relevant certification such as CIC, CISR, or CRM is a plus LI-ZS1 INDTJG-ST
