In this role, you will be responsible for managing our online sales platforms, optimizing product listings, and driving revenue growth through effective e-commerce strategies. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of sales, with a focus on enhancing customer experiences and maximizing sales opportunities.

• Proven experience in e-commerce management or related fields such as retail sales.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
• Provide exceptional customer service to both buyers and sellers, addressing inquiries and concerns.
• Promote upcoming auctions to potential buyers and sellers through various marketing channels.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
• Maintain high levels of organization and attention to detail, ensuring the stream adheres to scheduling and technical standards.
• Handle live chat or moderate comments (if applicable) during streams.
• Manage the setup and operation of online auctions, ensuring proper listing of auction items, including descriptions, photos, and starting bids.
• Monitor auction activity, ensuring all bids are accurately recorded and responding promptly to any technical issues.
• Provide excellent customer service to bidders, answering questions and resolving issues during the auction.
• Handle the closing process for auctions, ensuring accurate bid processing and item allocation.

Requirements

:

• Experience in sales, or customer service.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Proficiency with auction management software and tools.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
