OVERVIEW: The Sales Yard Team Member is responsible for performing general custodial duties for the sales team, maintaining an organized and professional showroom, and assisting with on/off site event set ups. KEY TASKS: * Daily sweeping and mopping of floors * Make general repairs within the facility as necessary * Assist with the movement of office furniture, boxes, supples, etc., as needed * Pick up supplies from vendors as needed * Maintain an organized and professional showroom and yard * Operate a hydraulic jack or hoist as needed * Assist in the delivery of products to customers whenever needed, including but not limited to, delivering trailer boats and cleaning boats with appropriate products * Assist forklift and detail teams when needed * Assist with set up of boat shows and other on/off-site promotional events * Other duties as assigned KEY RESULT AREAS: * Customer satisfaction and enthusiasm/FANS * Presentable and professional yard and showroom * Ability to work well with others * Clean, safe and operable equipment * Efficiently respond in a calm and effective manner to a variety of demands and projects * Establish and maintain good working relationships with all levels of the organization and public * MarineMax and its subsidiaries uses E-Verify, an Internet-based system, to confirm the eligibility of all newly hired employees to work in the United States.
