Job Title: Pest Control Sales Representative Location: South Florida (Travel Required) Job Type: Full-Time Experience: Minimum 2 Years in Sales (B2B) preferred Languages: Bilingual (English & Spanish Preferred) Job Summary: We are looking for a motivated and experienced Sales Representative to join our pest control team. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of sales experience, be comfortable traveling throughout South Florida, and preferably be bilingual in English and Spanish. Key Responsibilities: * Generate and Close Sales - Identify potential customers, present pest control solutions, and close deals. * Lead Generation - Develop new business through cold calls, networking, referrals, and door-to-door sales. * Customer Consultations - Assess customer needs, provide pest control recommendations, and create customized treatment plans. * Follow-Up & Customer Retention - Maintain relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business. * Territory Management - Travel throughout South Florida to meet prospects and maintain accounts. * Quoting & Contracts - Provide pricing estimates, explain service agreements, and handle paperwork. * Collaboration with Technicians - Work closely with pest control technicians to ensure seamless service. * Stay Informed - Keep up to date with industry trends, pest control techniques, and competitors. Qualifications: * Minimum 2 years of sales experience (Door to door, Business to business) preferred * Bilingual (English & Spanish preferred). * Strong negotiation and closing skills. * Willingness to travel across South Florida. * Self-motivated and goal-oriented. * Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
