Responsibilities: * Complete our comprehensive training program to gain in-depth knowledge of life insurance products and sales techniques. * Identify and develop prospective clients through various lead generation methods (provided leads, networking, referrals). * Conduct needs-based consultations with clients to understand their financial goals and protection needs. * Present and explain suitable life insurance policy options. * Guide clients through the application process. * Build and maintain strong relationships with clients. * Stay up-to-date on industry trends and product knowledge. * Meet and exceed sales targets. Qualifications: * High school diploma or equivalent required * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Self-motivated and driven to succeed. * Excellent time management and organizational skills. * Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new information. * Life and Health Insurance license (or willingness to obtain within a specified timeframe - we can assist with this!).
