Responsibilities * Process customer transactions efficiently using the POS system. * Engage with customers to provide product recommendations and upsell items. * Maintain a clean and organized checkout area to enhance customer experience. * Monitor stock levels and assist in inventory management as needed. * Handle cash register operations accurately, ensuring all transactions are recorded correctly. * Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. * Assist in restocking shelves and maintaining product displays to ensure availability. * Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and improve store performance. Qualifications * Previous experience in retail sales or cashier roles is preferred. * Strong upselling skills with a focus on enhancing customer experience. * Proficient in using POS systems and handling cash transactions accurately. * Basic math skills for processing payments and managing cash registers. * Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced retail environment. * Experience with stock management is a plus but not required. * Excellent communication skills for interacting with customers and team members. * Supervisory experience is beneficial but not mandatory.
