Compensation: $60,000 - $80,000 Responsibilities: What You 'll Be Doing: * Hunting & Closing Deals: Talk to motivated sellers and hungry buyers. You're the connector that makes it happen. * Building Real Relationships: Earn trust with sellers, cash buyers, and your team. People do business with those they like, and you're likable. * Running Point on Transactions: From contract to close, you'll help deals stay smooth and drama-free. * Changing Lives (Seriously): Help homeowners sell fast and investors snag solid properties. Win-win. Qualifications: What You Bring to the Table * Professional polish and a naturally positive attitude * Confident, clear communicator with strong phone game * Experience with real estate CRMs?
