Overview

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Retail Sales Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, assisting customers with their purchases, and ensuring a positive shopping experience. You will play a key role in driving sales through effective communication and product knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and assist them in locating products.
• Operate the cash register and handle transactions accurately.
• Provide information about products, promotions, and services to enhance customer experience.
• Engage in upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the sales floor and stockroom.
• Assist with inventory management, including restocking shelves and managing stock levels.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve store sales goals.
• Provide support in supervising junior staff when necessary. Experience
• Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with cash registers and POS systems is a plus.
• Strong basic math skills for handling transactions and managing cash flow.
