• LARGE SIGN ON BONUS AVAILABLE, DEPENDING ON EXPERIENCE KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: - Perform plumbing installations, repairs, and maintenance for residential clients - Generate new sales opportunities through proactive prospecting, networking, and relationship building. - Conduct comprehensive consultations to assess customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions - Provide accurate estimates for plumbing services and effectively communicate pricing and options to customers - Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics QUALIFICATIONS: - Proven experience as a plumber with a strong technical background - Demonstrated success in sales - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong customer service orientation with a commitment to exceeding customer expectations - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Results-driven with a positive attitude and a strong work ethic - Valid driver's license and clean driving record BENEFITS: -Competitive commission pay with uncapped earning potential -Health, vision and dental insurance -Company vehicle provided -Positive, encouraging family atmosphere Job Type: Full-time Expected hours: 40 - 60 per week
