We are looking for a motivated, detail-oriented, and people-loving Sales Operations Coordinator to support our Architecture global sales and operations teams. Requirements: * at least 2 years' experience in operations, logistics, or office administration in sales or Marketing. * Ability to multitask, stay organized, and meet tight deadlines. * Comfortable working under pressure, especially during end-of-quarter or end-of-year periods. * Willingness to invest time and energy when needed to meet team goals. * A positive, service-oriented, and friendly personality - you genuinely enjoy working with people. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Experience with SAP and Salesforce - preferred. Responsibilities: * Handle daily office administrative tasks: check deposits, sending samples to clients and sales staff. * Coordinate logistics for import orders to the U.S., including communication with DHL and other freight forwarders. * Support sales team with various needs, including quote preparation, lead follow-ups, and internal coordination. * Assist in responding to customer inquiries and providing excellent client support. * Maintain communication with suppliers and manage follow-up activities. * Support the order process in SAP and Salesforce. * Provide hands-on support to the operations and sales teams as needed.
