We're expanding and looking for someone ready to make an immediate impact. As a fast-growing, globally recognized brand in compact construction equipment, we serve customers across the U.S. and Latin America. We're looking for a driven sales representative with real experience--someone who knows how to sell, build relationships, and deliver results. This is a full-time, in-person role with salary + commission and real growth potential. Spanish/English bilingual candidates are strongly preferred , but it's not required. What You'll Bring: * 2+ years of proven sales experience , preferably in equipment, automotive, or a related industry * Strong background in business development, direct sales, inside sales, or territory sales * Experience using CRM systems to manage leads, track follow-ups, and organize sales activity * Strong communication, presentation, and customer service skills * Highly motivated, organized, and results-driven * Professional attitude and willingness to learn * Ability to commute to Coral Springs, FL for an in-person role What You'll Do: * Build and maintain strong relationships with both existing and new customers * Use our CRM system daily to manage leads, outreach, and customer follow-up * Identify new sales opportunities through outreach, referrals, and market research * Provide product knowledge, training, and post-sale support to customers * Collaborate with management to execute sales strategies and meet growth goals * Attend trade shows or demo events as needed Compensation & Benefits: * $50,000 -$150,000+ per year (Base + Commission) * Health Insurance Reimbursement Plan * Paid time off * 401(k) with company match * Career growth opportunities Additional Details: * Full-time, in-person role * Must be authorized to work in the U.S. * Background check and drug screening required * Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred About Us: We represent a high-performance, German-engineered brand with a strong global reputation and growing U.S. presence.
