Overview We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Call Center Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will handle a high volume of outbound calls to current customers, maintaining the highest level of customer service, verifying customer information and transferring customers to internal and external sales staff when sales opportunities arise. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a passion for helping others. This position holds a base pay with high emphasis on performance based incentives. Responsibilities * Conduct outbound calls to engage customers with potential sales opportunities and verifying customer information. * Utilize effective phone etiquette to maintain professionalism during all interactions. * Perform data entry tasks with high accuracy to update customer records and track interactions. * Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and enhance customer satisfaction. * Promote products or services through effective sales techniques when appropriate. Qualifications * Proven experience in sales, customer service or call center environment is preferred. * Strong communication skills in English; multilingual abilities are a plus. * Proficient in data entry with attention to detail for accurate record keeping. * Familiarity with phone etiquette and best practices for effective communication. * Ability to maintain positive, friendly and productive conversations is a mandatory skill. * A positive attitude, high level of resilience, and an enthusiasm to speak to as many people as possible with a commitment to providing excellent customer service is essential for success in this role.
