Job Summary: As a Salon Consultant at iTAN, you will be the face of our brand, responsible for driving sales and ensuring a superior customer experience. Your role will involve having FUN, educating clients on our services and products, managing client sessions, and maintaining the highest standards of customer service and cleanliness. Responsibilities: * Greet and assist clients in a friendly and professional manner. * Provide detailed information about our services and products. * Drive sales, including upselling and cross-selling of services and products. * Manage client sessions, and maintain an organized salon and reception area. * Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly. * Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Qualifications: * Outgoing personality * Passion for the beauty and wellness industry. * Sales and/or customer service experience, preferably in the beauty or wellness industry. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends. * High school diploma or equivalent.
