Essential Duties and Responsibilities: * Assist with finalizing event details and provide support for forecasting and budget tracking. * Handle financial processes, including recording payments and ensuring invoices are accurately logged. * Manage accounts receivable and other sales financial records and reporting for month-end reviews. * Oversee all aspects of the accounts receivable cycle, from invoicing to collections. * Manage and enter event-related information for private events, including various guest and service details. * Coordinate assigned events, providing support across various event types and ensuring smooth execution. * Handle reservations and guest communications, ensuring details are accurately recorded and updated. * Maintain clean and safe work environment; ability to perform job safely. * Performs other duties as assigned. * Use Microsoft Office tools for day-to-day operations.
