Whether you're new to NYC real estate OR seeking a fresh start with proper training at a new brokerage, we are the place for you. Our comprehensive training program is designed to accelerate your success in NYC real estate. If you haven't started your NYS real estate license course, we'll guide you through the process and help you prepare for the NYS test. Agents who are already underway or completed their courses could be able to start with us ASAP. Responsibilities Include: * Learning the market by exploring, in person, 50-100 of available listings each week * Maintaining and updating listings of available properties daily * Displaying and marketing listings across various platforms * Assessing clients' needs and proposing suitable solutions * Guiding and assisting renters in finding new homes * Conducting negotiations, advising on market conditions, prices, legal requirements, and related matters * Preparing necessary paperwork (contracts, leases, etc.) * Developing networks and collaborating with landlords, building managers, and supers and your sphere of influence * Staying informed about real estate markets and best practices Salary Range: $35,598.00 - $172,306.00 per year" Job Type: Full-time Pay: $35,598.00 - $172,306.00 per year Schedule: * Monday to Friday * Weekends as needed License/Certification: * Real Estate License (Preferred) Work Location: Hybrid remote in New York, NY 10018
