Description The Showroom Sales Associate is a client-facing role responsible for providing a elevated customer experience to walk-in clients, trade professionals, and scheduled appointments. This role involves guiding clients through our product offerings, explaining materials and craftsmanship, and assisting in product selection. Key Responsibilities * Greet and assist showroom visitors, providing exceptional customer service. * Conduct product presentations and demonstrations. * Educate clients on Allied Maker's craftsmanship, materials, and finishes. * Assist clients with product selection and provide design guidance. * Process orders, generate quotes, and ensure proper documentation. * Maintain the appearance of the showroom, ensuring it reflects the Allied Maker's standard. * Collaborate with hq for custom order inquiries.
