From answering inquiries to managing orders and providing updates, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring client satisfaction. Job Details: Salary:** $17.00 - $20.00 per hour Job Type:** Full-time, Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM Location: Pompano Beach, FL Qualifications and Requirements: * Previous experience in sales, customer service, or a relevant field. * Familiarity with small office environments and administrative tasks. * Proven work experience as an administrative assistant. * Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. * Proficiency in MS Office, especially MS Excel. * Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and initiate tasks independently. * Comfortable with phone calls, qualifying leads, and assisting in sales. Responsibilities & Duties: * Communicate with customers via calls and emails, including following up on leads and addressing inquiries. * Understand customer needs and identify potential sales opportunities. * Provide detailed information about products and services, answering questions, and sending additional information via email. * Keep abreast of product/service updates and maintain a database of current and potential customers. * Demonstrate product features and benefits to potential customers. * Stay informed about competing products and services to effectively position our offerings.
