Responsibilities * Engage with clients to assess their insurance needs and provide suitable benefits solutions. * Conduct presentations and explain various insurance products to potential customers. * Utilize effective communication and negotiation skills to close sales. * Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities. * Collaborate with team members to enhance sales strategies and improve customer service. * Stay informed about industry trends and changes in benefits administration.
