YOUR FUTURE CAREER DUTIES: * Introduces customer to the Spitzer value price sales process and value statements * Facilitates interview, at a comfortable pace for the customer, to discover customer preferences, needs, and buying motives * Presents vehicles to customers that meet their needs and explore their interests * Offers customer involvement in trade-in evaluation, presents financial proposition, satisfies customer concerns and asks for the order * Conducts Spitzer delivery process and follows up in prescribed manner with customers. Follows up with customers after delivery in prescribed Spitzer manner to develop customer loyalty * Other related duties as assigned
