Job Summary An Inside Sales Representative is responsible for selling parts to either consumers or other businesses. This is a commission-based parts sales position and has great opportunity for growth. * Responsibilities * Help customers in obtaining all the parts necessary to keep their trucks on the road with Elite Service. * Communicate with customers on the status of part orders throughout the sales process. * Communicate with customers in a professional manner and friendly manner. * Be able to read and understand the parts catalog when looking up parts. * Answers phone calls, providing price quotes and other information. * Ability to pull and fill orders from stock. * Locates out-of-stock parts from outside source and submits an emergency order, if necessary. * Follow processes to ensure payment of orders. * Set up orders for daily shipment, delivery, or pick-up. * Other duties and tasks, as assigned * Qualifications * High School Diploma or equivalent. * 3-5+ Years Heavy Truck Parts Sales Experience * Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment * Self-motivated and disciplined * Have strong organizational and time management skills * Communicate in a kind and courteous manner with customers and employees * Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals * Must be able to use multiple computer systems within Windows * If remote, high-speed internet required (100mbps+) * Preferred Qualifications * Procede Sales Experience * DTNA Parts Sales Experience * Bi-Lingual - English/Spanish
