Full description of the position

Overview

: We're looking for dedicated individuals with a passion for sales to serve as the primary point of contact between our company and clients. As an Account Representative, you'll play a key role in driving revenue by capitalizing on sales opportunities, upselling, and cross-selling products and services.

Responsibilities

: Customer service

  • Use scripts to identify customer needs for our products and services, and proactively address customer concerns.
  • Handle inbound calls from prospective customers with a friendly, professional, and ethical approach.
  • Answering client questions, resolving issues, and providing support regarding products or services.
  • Work collaboratively with our team to achieve collective success. Sales generation
  • Identifying opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products or services to existing clients.
  • Meet or exceed sales quotas and objectives Data management
  • Updating customer information in CRM systems, maintaining accurate records of interactions and sales activities.
Qualifications

:

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Experience in sales, account management, or a related role is preferred.
  • Ability to follow sales scripts, and objection handling techniques.
  • Strong understanding of customer service practices.
  • Familiarity with CRM software is preferred.
  • Meet or exceed sales quotas and objectives.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures for attendance and attire. Skills:
  • Excellent communication skills: Ability to clearly articulate information both verbally and in writing
  • Strong interpersonal skills: Building rapport with clients and establishing trust
  • Problem-solving abilities: Identifying and resolving client issues effectively
