Responsibilities * Develop and maintain strong relationships with business partners and potential clients * Educate customers on our restoration services and how we can assist them * Generate and follow up on leads, schedule appointments, and assess customer needs * Represent PuroClean at industry events, seminars, and networking functions * Provide regular feedback and strategies for business growth Experience * Outgoing, confident, and personable sales professionals * Strong communication, follow-up, and customer service skills * Restoration sales experience is required * Self-motivated individuals who thrive on networking and relationship building * Ability to multitask and manage multiple accounts efficiently * A valid driver's license and the ability to pass a background check What We offer * Base pay of $40,000 plus commission and draw. * Uncapped earning potential! * Career growth opportunities in a growing company * Benefits including 401(k), paid vacation, and holidays Join us in driving success through exceptional sales strategies and customer engagement!
