PuroClean of Plant City is expanding, and we're searching for a Restoration Sales Representative to help homeowners and businesses recover from water, fire, and mold damage. Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with business partners and potential clients
• Educate customers on our restoration services and how we can assist them
• Generate and follow up on leads, schedule appointments, and assess customer needs
• Represent PuroClean at industry events, seminars, and networking functions
• Provide regular feedback and strategies for business growth Experience
• Outgoing, confident, and personable sales professionals
• Strong communication, follow-up, and customer service skills
• Restoration sales experience is required
• Self-motivated individuals who thrive on networking and relationship building
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple accounts efficiently
• A valid driver's license and the ability to pass a background check What We offer
• Base pay of $40,000 plus commission and draw.
