Responsibilities

• Engage with potential clients to assess their insurance needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Conduct thorough market research to identify new opportunities for insurance products.
• Communicate effectively with clients through various channels, including phone calls, emails, and in-person meetings.
• Negotiate terms and conditions of insurance policies to secure favorable outcomes for both the company and clients.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities within the sales administration system.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the policy lifecycle.
• Collaborate with team members to develop strategies for outside sales initiatives and marketing campaigns.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in insurance sales or related fields such as retail sales or telemarketing.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
