The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, particularly within the commercial cleaning or property management industry. As a Salesperson, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and achieving sales targets. This position is salary plus uncapped commission structure. Responsibilities: * Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the commercial cleaning sector. * Build and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients. * Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends. * Develop and present proposals to prospective clients, showcasing our services and capabilities. * Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients. * Collaborate with the operations team to ensure client expectations are met or exceeded. * Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions. Requirements: * Proven track record in sales, preferably within the commercial cleaning industry. * Excellent communication and negotiation skills. * Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients. * Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. * Self-motivated and target-driven. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Preferred Qualifications: * Previous experience in commercial cleaning, property management related industries. * Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.
