Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales professional to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth through effective communication, relationship-building, and strategic selling techniques. This role requires a proactive approach to identifying new business opportunities and nurturing existing client relationships. Duties * Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company goals. * Conduct cold calling to generate new leads and expand the customer base. * Engage in both inside and outside sales activities, including face-to-face meetings with clients. * Utilize Salesforce to track sales activities, manage customer relationships, and report on performance metrics. * Negotiate contracts and close deals with clients in a B2B environment. * Collaborate with marketing teams to align sales efforts with promotional campaigns. * Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention. * Continuously identify opportunities for business development within existing accounts. Skills * Proven experience in direct sales, preferably in a B2B setting. * Strong proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients. * Ability to negotiate effectively and close sales deals successfully. * Experience in both inside sales and outside sales environments is highly desirable. * Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. * A self-starter attitude with a passion for achieving sales targets and driving results.
