About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and organized Franchise Sales Executive with a strong background in sales and at least one year of direct franchising experience. This role is ideal for a professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can manage multiple leads at once, and is passionate about connecting entrepreneurs with exciting business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and nurture incoming franchise leads through the full sales journey, from initial inquiry to signed agreement.
• Conduct discovery calls, webinars, and one-on-one meetings to present the Spartan Floor Coatings franchise opportunity.
• Evaluate and qualify prospective franchisees to ensure alignment with our brand values and business model.
• Maintain an organized lead pipeline, ensuring timely follow-ups and consistent communication.
• Collaborate with leadership to refine sales strategies, improve conversion rates, and meet growth targets.
• Represent Spartan Floor Coatings at franchise expos, industry events, and networking opportunities.
• Work closely with marketing to optimize franchise recruitment campaigns and lead generation efforts.
• Maintain accurate records and reporting within CRM systems to track performance and forecast results. What We 're Looking For
• Experience: 3+ years of overall sales experience, including at least 1 year in franchise sales.
• Sales-Driven: Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets, with strong closing skills.
• Organized and Detail-Oriented: Able to manage multiple leads and deals efficiently while keeping impeccable records.
• Business-Savvy: Familiar with franchise business models, legal agreements, and operational structures.
• Relationship Builder: Skilled at building trust and rapport with prospects to guide them through the decision-making process.
• Effective Communicator: Excellent presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using CRM systems and lead management tools.
