Job Summary

: We're looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Inside Sales Representative to support our customers and drive revenue within the fast- moving world of electronics distribution. You'll manage customer relationships, respond quickly to quote requests, negotiate pricing, and collaborate with the purchasing team to ensure on-time delivery and product availability. This is a fast-paced, target-driven role ideal for someone who thrives in a technical B2B sales environment and understands the importance of timing, price sensitivity, and availability in the components market.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to RFQs (Request for Quotes) and provide accurate, timely quotes to customers.
• Manage and grow assigned accounts by building strong relationships and delivering top-tier service.
• Negotiate pricing and terms to meet sales targets and maximize margin.
• Maintain up-to-date records of quotes, orders, and customer communications in CRM.
• Monitor market trends and component availability to proactively address customer needs.
• Collaborate with external sales reps, operations, and suppliers to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales and margin goals.
• Any other duties and assignments given by manager.

Requirements

• 1 years of inside sales or sales support experience, preferably in electronics distribution or a related industry.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
• Ability to thrive under pressure, multitask, and prioritize in a fast-paced sales environment.
• Associate degree or equivalent required; college degree in business, engineering, or related field preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

:

• Familiarity with distribution process, specifically IT hardware components.
• Bilingual (English + Mandarin) is a plus
• Basic understanding of computer/server components (hard drives, CPUs, RAM, etc) is a strong plus. What We Offer:
