We are seeking an experienced and client-focused Key Account Manager to oversee and grow relationships with high-value customers. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for a select portfolio of strategic accounts, delivering tailored solutions that align with each client 's goals while driving revenue and profitability. The ideal candidate will combine a consultative sales approach with strong project management skills and a proactive mindset. This position requires cross-functional collaboration, strategic planning, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences. Key Responsibilities Manage a portfolio of high-impact accounts, ensuring strong relationships and sustained business growth Serve as the strategic advisor to clients, understanding their objectives and aligning them with the organization's capabilities Develop and execute account plans that drive value for both the client and the business Lead client presentations, proposals, and product or service demonstrations Monitor and report on account performance, including sales metrics, margin, forecasting, and key trends Coordinate with internal teams (sales support, operations, finance, and technical services) to fulfill client needs Maintain a deep understanding of offerings and market trends to advise clients effectively Handle pricing strategies, negotiation, and contract management in line with organizational goals Oversee order fulfillment, ensure service-level compliance, and resolve supply or service issues Support the collection of payments and ensure adherence to agreed financial terms Travel as needed to support client relationships, attend meetings, or participate in events Document and communicate all client updates and strategic actions to internal stakeholders Contribute insights to business development and product improvement initiatives Qualifications Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent experience also considered 3+ years of experience in account management, sales, or client services, ideally in a B2B environment Demonstrated success in managing key accounts and achieving revenue targets Strong presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to inform decisions Comfortable with CRM tools, reporting systems, and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.) Excellent time management, organizational, and problem-solving abilities Willingness to travel for client meetings and business needs What We Offer Competitive base salary starting around $80,000, with final compensation based on experience and qualifications Performance-based commission and incentive structure Comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision, and life insurance Retirement plan with employer match Opportunities for ongoing training and career development Collaborative, supportive workplace culture Commitment to Inclusion We are proud to be an equal opportunity employer and are committed to building a diverse and inclusive team.
