Position Overview: We are looking for a driven and personable Inside Sales Representative to join our growing team. You'll play a key role in connecting with prospective clients, nurturing leads, and guiding educators through the decision-making process to implement SimServeRx solutions in their programs. Key Responsibilities: * Prospect and qualify new leads via phone, email, and CRM tools. * Conduct virtual product presentations and demos for potential customers. * Follow up with inbound leads and respond promptly to inquiries. * Manage and grow a pipeline of opportunities from initial contact through close. * Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our CRM (ConnectWise). * Collaborate with marketing to align outreach efforts with current campaigns. * Provide feedback from the field to help improve product offerings and sales processes. * Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals. Qualifications: * 2+ years of inside sales experience, preferably in B2B or educational/medical technology. * Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. * Comfortable working with CRMs and remote communication tools (Zoom, Teams, etc.). * Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment. * Passion for education, healthcare, or technology is a plus. Preferred: * Experience selling to educational institutions, especially nursing or allied health programs. * Background or knowledge in healthcare, ed-tech, or medical simulation.
