Job Overview: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Appointment Setter to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for scheduling meetings with potential clients and ensuring they understand the benefits of partnering with Government Services Exchange. You will be the first point of contact, representing our company and setting the tone for client relationships. Key Responsibilities: * Contact potential clients via phone and email to schedule appointments. * Provide information about our services and answer initial inquiries. * Maintain an organized schedule and ensure timely follow-ups. * Update and manage client information in our CRM system. * Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless client interactions. Qualifications: * Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. * Proven experience in a customer service or telemarketing role. * Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
