Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and engaging individual for the position of Live Selling Associate. In this role, you will be responsible for showcasing products in a live selling format, interacting with customers in real-time, and driving sales through effective communication and customer service. This position requires a passion for retail and an ability to connect with customers, making their shopping experience enjoyable and informative. Responsibilities * Conduct live selling sessions, presenting products to an online audience in an engaging manner. * Utilize basic math skills to calculate totals and provide accurate information during transactions. * Manage inventory by restocking items as needed and ensuring product availability during live events. * Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions, addressing concerns, and assisting customers throughout their shopping experience. * Analyze sales data to understand customer preferences and improve future live selling strategies. Qualifications * Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred. * Basic math skills are essential; familiarity with retail math is a plus. * Proficiency in operating cash registers and handling cash transactions. * Strong communication skills with the ability to engage an audience effectively during live sessions. * Experience in a grocery store or similar retail environment is advantageous. * A positive attitude, enthusiasm for selling, and a willingness to learn new techniques are essential traits for success in this role.
