Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and engaging individual for the position of Live Selling Associate. In this role, you will be responsible for showcasing products in a live selling format, interacting with customers in real-time, and driving sales through effective communication and customer service. This position requires a passion for retail and an ability to connect with customers, making their shopping experience enjoyable and informative.

Responsibilities

• Conduct live selling sessions, presenting products to an online audience in an engaging manner.
• Utilize basic math skills to calculate totals and provide accurate information during transactions.
• Manage inventory by restocking items as needed and ensuring product availability during live events.
• Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions, addressing concerns, and assisting customers throughout their shopping experience.
• Analyze sales data to understand customer preferences and improve future live selling strategies.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred.
• Basic math skills are essential; familiarity with retail math is a plus.
• Proficiency in operating cash registers and handling cash transactions.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage an audience effectively during live sessions.
• Experience in a grocery store or similar retail environment is advantageous.
• A positive attitude, enthusiasm for selling, and a willingness to learn new techniques are essential traits for success in this role. Job Type: Part-time Pay: $17.00 - $27.00 per hour Expected hours: 10 - 20 per week
