Job Description - Non-Exempt Position Title: Front-Line Sales Associate Reports To: Front-Line Sales Manager/Director of Sales FLSA Status: Non-Exempt Purpose The Front-Line Sales Associate speaks with and leads guests on a tour of model units with the intention of converting guests into Vacation Club Owners. Principal Duties and Responsibilities * Presents information to the guest on the benefits of vacation ownership with Capital Vacations, LLC. * Completes property tours of the condos and discuss guest needs * CallsManager to present financial options for potential ownership with Capital Vacations, LLC. * All other duties as assigned General Statement - Performs the job assigned, complying with Company policies and procedures, business code of ethics, FLSA regulations, and all applicable laws, as well as ensuring confidentiality, reliability, quality, and productivity. Job Requirements Education, Essential Training / Certifications, and Experience: * High School diploma/GED referred * Maintain 10% closing, measured by monthly sales reports Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities: * Maintain a high level of professionalism * Excellent customer services skills. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills * Flexible schedule * Ability to travel -Road Shows Shift: Weekends and holidays are required * Regular Hours and Weekend Travel: Must be able to attend roadshows * Up to 25% Job Type: Full-time Pay: $90,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year Benefits: * 401(k) * Dental insurance * Health insurance * Life insurance * Paid time off * Professional development assistance * Vision insurance Schedule: * 8 hour shift * Holidays Ability to Commute: * Hollywood, FL 33019 (Required) Ability to Relocate: * Hollywood, FL 33019: Relocate before starting work (Preferred) Work Location: In person
