Producers are responsible for driving revenue growth by building and maintain valuable relations with prospects and clients.

• Primary

Responsibilities

• Develop and acquire new business revenue through direct business to business sales
• Collaborate with other sales verticals to introduce Your-Policy's full product line to broaden the scope and impact of client relationships (Commercial P&C, Payroll, etc.)
• Consult with clients and demonstrate deep technical expertise to reduce cost, risk and improve the overall competitiveness of benefits plans Build and maintain effective relationships across the company that are consistent with our workplace culture

Requirements

• 5 years consultative B2B sales experience in employee benefits administration
• Demonstrated success developing new business as well as maintaining existing clients Some of the desired work traits are:
