Responsibilities * Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored product recommendations. * Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits effectively. * Handle cash transactions accurately using a cash register and POS system. * Maintain an organized and visually appealing sales floor. * Supervise junior staff members, providing guidance and support as needed. * Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction. * Utilize basic math skills for cash handling and inventory management. * Communicate promotions, sales events, and product information clearly to customers. * Assist in training new employees on sales techniques and store policies. Qualifications * Previous experience in retail sales or a similar customer-facing role is preferred. * Strong cash handling skills with experience using cash registers or POS systems. * Ability to communicate effectively with customers; bilingual candidates are highly encouraged to apply. * Basic math skills for accurate transaction processing and inventory tracking. * Experience in supervising or mentoring staff is a plus. * A passion for delivering excellent customer service and achieving sales goals. * Ability to perform product demonstrations confidently and engagingly.
