We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Retail Sales Associate to join our team. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for assisting customers, managing transactions, and promoting products within our store.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products that meet their needs.
• Provide excellent customer service by answering questions and addressing concerns promptly.
• Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently, handling cash register transactions accurately.
• Utilize retail math skills to manage inventory levels and assist in stock management.
• Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits to customers.
• Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, ensuring product displays are appealing and well-stocked.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and enhance the overall customer experience.
• Utilize phone etiquette when handling customer inquiries over the phone.

Requirements

• Previous experience in retail or grocery store environments is preferred.
• Strong customer service skills with a focus on creating positive shopping experiences.
• Familiarity with retail math concepts to assist in inventory management.
• Proficient in operating cash registers and POS systems.
• Ability to sell products effectively through engaging communication and product knowledge.
• Bilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse customers.
• Willingness to learn about new products and participate in ongoing training sessions.
