We are currently seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales/Estimator to join our team and help us continue building on our success. Position Overview: The Sales/Estimator plays a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by generating new business opportunities, cultivating client relationships, and accurately preparing estimates for construction projects. This position requires a blend of technical expertise, sales acumen, and excellent communication skills. Key Responsibilities: * Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients. * Identify potential projects and prepare competitive bids and proposals. * Analyze project requirements, blueprints, and specifications to create accurate cost estimates. * Collaborate with project managers and engineers to ensure accurate scoping of projects. * Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities within the industry. * Present project estimates and proposals to clients and negotiate terms. * Maintain detailed records of all sales activities and project estimates. * Work closely with internal teams to align on project goals and ensure client satisfaction. Qualifications: * Proven experience in sales and estimating within the construction industry. * Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and cost estimation processes. * Proficiency in construction software and tools (e.g., AutoCAD, Xactimate, or estimating software). * Excellent verbal and written communication skills. * Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively. * Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
