On-Location Events & Catering Events (Commission-Only) Fort Lauderdale, FL | Flexible Schedule | Commission-Only (15%) About Us: We're a locally-loved wine bar offering on-site private events, off-site catering, and elevated wine experiences. From sommelier-led tastings to corporate mixers and milestone celebrations, our events range from $300 to $3,000+, with the potential for much larger bookings depending on scope. What You 'll Do: As our Event Sales Representative, your job is to drive event bookings and close deals. You'll work independently, building a book of clients through your own outreach, networking, and existing relationships. Once a client is booked, our in-house Event Coordinator will take over all planning and execution--you focus on sales. Responsibilities: * Prospect and convert new event leads * Attend networking events, industry mixers, and community functions * Maintain relationships with past and potential clients * Clearly communicate our event offerings and close sales * Collaborate with our Event Coordinator for smooth handoffs What You 're Selling: * Private events at our wine bar * Off-site catering (licensed for food and liquor) * Wine dinners, tasting events, sommelier-led experiences Compensation: * 15% commission per booked event * Events typically range from $300 to $3,000+ * No income cap -- your earnings grow with your effort Perks & Environment: * Flexible schedule -- ideal for someone with strong time management * Chill, supportive team * Opportunities to grow in hospitality, event management, or wine programming * Access to resources if needed, tasting events, and venue support You 're A Great Fit If: * You've worked in hospitality or event sales (preferred) * You're outgoing, driven, and know how to close * You have strong local connections and aren't afraid to network * You're into food, wine, and great experiences * You're over 21 years of age, have a mode of transportation and have a laptop to work from. * We do background check our employees that are onboarded.
