Excellence First Insurance is a growing independent insurance agency. We are looking to add to our team of production driving professionals and need motivated individuals to start now! Those experienced with Auto, Home, Rental quoting and insurance binding and processing procedures are warmly preferred. This full-time position provides support to producing agents in maintaining, expanding and servicing accounts to grow the agency. Key Responsibilities: * Provide our customers with superior customer service. * Service existing customers with payments, policy changes, etc. * Engage new clients, quote, sell and bind new business. * Assisting in sales and retention of the business. * Performs other duties as assigned. To be successful you will need the following attributes: * Excellent verbal, written communication and listening skills. * Proficiency with Microsoft applications. * Outspoken and willing to learn. * Dedicated and reliable. * Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed. * Develop excellent product knowledge. * 440, 2044 or 220 Insurance License Starting Salary, Growth Opportunities and Paid time off.
